During holidays, product launches, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We offer flat-rate shipping of $5.99 within the United States.

Enjoy FREE shipping on orders of $40 or more.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Packaging

All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

If your package is delayed, please refer to your tracking information for updates.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. KimTheGrimm is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

KimTheGrimm is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
