 Yes! Every item is handmade with care in my small shop. Because each order is individually crafted, slight variations may occur, making every piece uniquely yours. 

How long does it take to make my order?

 Most orders are made and shipped within 1–2 business days. During holidays or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer. 

 When will my order ship?

 Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way. ⸻

What are your tumblers made from? 

Our tumblers are made from premium stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation to help keep drinks hot or cold for hours. ⸻

How do I care for my tumbler? 

• Hand wash only
• Do not microwave 
•  Do not soak for extended periods
• Avoid abrasive scrubbers to help preserve the design 

 

 Do you offer custom orders?

Absolutely! I love creating custom designs. If you have an idea, send me a message, and we’ll work together to create something uniquely yours. ⸻
