    • Processing Time: Each item is carefully inspected and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.

    • Tracking: Once your order has embarked on its journey, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its progress to your door.

    • Packaging: We use secure, protective packaging to ensure your tumblers and accessories arrive in pristine, ritual-ready condition.

    Returns & Exchanges

    • Quality Guarantee: We take immense pride in our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can make it right.

    • Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for "change of mind." However, your satisfaction is our priority—if you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to us.

    • Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once production or shipping has begun, we are unable to cancel the request.
