At KimTheGrimm, many of our products are handmade and made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change-of-mind purchases.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

Once reviewed, we will gladly work with you to provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized items

• Made-to-order products

• Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper care
